Ria is the President and CEO of the Leveret Group, a game and animation company based in Singapore; and the Co-Founder of She Plays, an initiative dedicated to building a thriving ecosystem for women-led game studios and women-focused games.

With nearly two decades of experience in creative industries, she has led studios, incubated original IP, and championed talent development in Southeast Asia. Ria previously served as Studio Director at Laguna Games, where she specialized in blockchain games, and built First Foundry Manila from the ground up. She also served as Executive Director of Game Developers’ Association of the Philippines, playing a key role in shaping the country’s game development talent pipeline.

Her leadership has been recognized with the GoNegosyo Filipina Entrepreneurship Award (2015) and the FWN Most Influential Filipina Award (2024). Ria is also a board member and active contributor to multiple creative industry associations across the region.

She speaks English, Filipino, and Japanese, and can usually be found making suspiciously ambitious plans over coffee.
