SESSIONS
Women@GDS
Women often carry added weight, from leadership roles to production floors, from creative meetings to client calls: the pressure to prove themselves, to lead without intimidating, to soften their tone, or to work twice as hard to be seen as equal. This panel and interactive workshop explores the often- unspoken dynamics shaping women’s professional experiences. Together, we’ll unpack how subtle biases, cross-gender communication styles, and the gap between societal stereotypes and professional expectations create invisible hurdles at work. Through open dialogue, shared reflections, and guided discussion, we’ll examine how gendered assumptions—often influenced by age, seniority, or social norms—impact workplace communication, perception, and opportunity.
