XDI Strategy and
Business Innovation Director

Juney is the XDI Operations Director at Electronic Arts, where she supports the XDI team with enabling 50+ EA franchises & central teams like FC, Battlefield, The Sims, Apex Legends and Frostbite through finding, signing and optimising external development engagements with uniquely diverse partners worldwide. She is also the Founder & Director of the Game Production Community, a 6.000+ member B2B game industry community of producers, project managers and leaders focused on exchanging knowledge & experiences in pursuit of sustainable, diverse, and profitable game development practices.

She was formerly a Business Owner at Paradox Interactive, responsible for business development & sales of a portfolio of 60+ titles generating $ 15m USD revenue YoY. Prior to that, she was Lead Producer at SOEDESCO Publishing, building the publishing pipeline & team for PC & console to support the worldwide release of 50+ games digitally & at retail, while also developing & running the in-house porting studio. She obtained her Game and Media Technology MSc. degree at Utrecht University, alongside organising and running a variety of large scale events in the game development industry.

ADELLE
BUENO

Adelle is a veteran AAA video game developer with a career spanning leading studios in Japan, the United States, and Canada. A former Creative Director at Square Enix Japan, Adelle has also held key roles at FromSoftware, Naughty Dog, and Electronic Arts. Her credits include globally acclaimed titles such as Final Fantasy XVI, Final Fantasy XV, Bloodborne, The Last of Us, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. She holds a Master’s in Film and a B.Sc. in Behavioural Neuroscience, which shape her interdisciplinary approach to creative and technical problem-solving.

With expertise in creative direction, narrative design, art direction, and R&D, Adelle brings a rare blend of artistic vision and technical depth. Her experience across both Japanese and Western AAA development cultures has fostered a proven ability to guide teams, manage complex productions, and deliver innovative, high-quality game experiences.

Currently an independent consultant and the CEO and founder of a stealth-mode indie studio, Adelle brings forward-looking insight and world-class AAA expertise to the advisory board.

OH YEA JI

Director of Global Products & Services

Yea Ji Oh is the Global Director of Delivery & Client Engagement at Streamline Studios and a member of the WIGI Advisory Board. With over a decade in game development, she has led diverse global teams, built new service brands from the ground up, and delivered productions for major players like Capcom, Sony, and Epic Games. With a background in biomedical science and project management, she utilizes her expertise in compliance, risk management, and performance optimization positions her as a key driver of growth and innovation at Streamline, advancing the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions globally.

Driven by a passion for culture, languages, and creating meaningful impact, Yea Ji champions emerging markets, cross-cultural leadership, and inclusive culture-building.

MARLA RAUSCH

CEO/President

Marla de Castro Rausch is founder and CEO of Animation Vertigo and Animation Vertigo Asia, a motion capture animation company with locations in the US and the Philippines. Since its founding almost 20 years ago, they’ve been considered a trailblazer in the motion capture outsourcing industry, her roster of titles in leading video games franchises such as Activision ‘s Call of Duty, NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat, Quantic Dream’s Detroit: Becoming Human as well as Triple A sports titles like NBA2k, FIFA and Madden to mention a few and not to mention blockbuster films.

Beyond outsourcing though, she is pursuing new endeavors as the Managing Partner of Kampilan Productions, a content development studio; focusing on the hidden and untold stories of culture, values and people from the Philippines and Asia. She is also the writer / director of a 3D animated feature, developing her own IP that features a Filipino hero. Her experience in the challenging world of content development and Intellectual Property Management is the reason why she became a part of the Core of SIKAP – Creative Content Creators Association of the Philippines, and now its President.

Today, she continues to expand her role by starting new ventures focusing on capability growth and seeking more opportunities to develop the Intellectual Property creations from the Philippines for global consumption.
