Paolo Ramos

Paolo Federico Ramos was appointed as the Deputy Executive Director of the Philippine Creative Industries Development Council Secretariat (PCIDCS) by His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on 19 September 2025.

A proud product of the University of the Philippines system since his high school years, DED Ramos earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management from UP Los Baños and later completed his Master of Business Administration at UP Diliman.

His passion for the creative industries took root early in his career at San Miguel Corporation, where he worked closely with creative teams to conceptualize campaigns, develop brand identities, and deliver innovative event experiences. He later joined Diageo, managing global brands such as Johnnie Walker and further strengthening his expertise in brand strategy and audience engagement.

With over 21 years of professional experience, Mr. Ramos has built a distinguished career in marketing, brand building, business development, and events management—bringing a deep understanding of both the creative and commercial dimensions of industry development.
